Absolutely Everything Catering Service is a Certified Minority Woman Owned Business, and a Historically Underutilized Business servicing San Antonio and the surrounding areas since 1999. Diane Cortez is the owner and CEO, while Executive Chef Jerry Olivarri oversees the production of his culinary team.

Their creative vision to offer full service, high quality, distinctive catering is first and foremost for every event that they service. As one of San Antonio’s premier caterers, Absolutely Everything Catering.

When Diane Cortez and Jerry Olivarri started their business, Absolutely Everything Catering, they chose the apple to grace the company logo. “In many ways it embodies everything we are as a business,” explains Diane. A is for apple, first in the alphabet, first in Absolutely.

The Apple is the first reference of food in the bible, which is very significant to us. Apples are food, the mainstay of catering, and are nourishing and healthy. Apples are fresh and colorful, two words which describe every event they plan and execute.
